About the position As a nurse in an emergency department, you meet patients with varying and acute care needs. You work independently while being an important part of the multidisciplinary team. The work can include, among other things: Triage and initial assessments Acute patient care Observation and follow-up Medication management Blood tests and treatment Prioritization during changes in patient condition Documentation and teamwork We are looking for you who Are a licensed nurse Have current experience from an emergency department Are confident with independent clinical assessments Can prioritize and make decisions when the pace is high Work in a structured and patient-safe manner Have good collaboration skills Have strong command of Swedish in speech and writing Curious about whether the consultant role is right for you?
