About the assignment In the unit, you will work with psychiatric nursing care and care of inpatient patients. The work requires good clinical assessment skills, structure, and the ability to create security even in complex situations. Work tasks may include: Psychiatric nursing care and clinical assessments Observation and monitoring of patient well-being Medication management Care planning and documentation Supportive and motivating conversations Assessment and management of changing care needs Collaboration with doctors and other professionals in the unit We are looking for you who Are a licensed nurse with specialist education in psychiatric care Have current experience from psychiatric inpatient care Are confident and independent in working in a care unit Have good clinical judgment and strong prioritization skills Have a calm and professional demeanor Work structured with a strong focus on patient safety Speak and write Swedish well Your experience will be valued Psychiatric inpatient care places high demands on both clinical competence and the ability to create stability and trust.
