Are you a flexible and conscientious person who enjoys varied work tasks? We are seeking staff for our cargo administration department. In this role, you will primarily work with cargo handling, which requires you to be organized and quick to learn new information. You must be at least 18 years old, have good computer skills, and be able to navigate easily between different systems. Be flexible and available to work as needed. Have the ability to work both day and evening shifts, as well as on weekdays and weekends. Operations/Responsibilities Cargo Center is an air freight company located in the cargo area Cargo City at Arlanda. We work with many of the major players in both of our customer categories, freight forwarders and airlines. For them we handle both import and export goods from all corners of the world. Export Register and verify that all freight documentation is correct and that the goods are safe for air or truck transport. Manifest and send messages to airlines and freight forwarders according to given deadlines Import Notify consignees, verify that goods are safe to release, and collect payment from cash customers. Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who is good at collaboration and communicates well with both colleagues and customers in order to meet set deadlines. The work can occasionally become stressful; you should be someone who can perform despite tight deadlines. Having a high safety mindset and understanding the importance of following procedures and manuals to never compromise on safety is incredibly important to us. Collective Agreement Unionen We have the following basic requirements for the position: - Approved three-year upper secondary school diploma - Speak and write Swedish fluently - Speak and read English fluently - Category B driver's license and access to a car as working hours sometimes fall outside public transport hours.
