We are seeking a driven and well-organized Fleet & Operations Coordinator who wants to take responsibility for the daily operations of our taxi fleet. In this role, you will ensure that vehicles and drivers are coordinated optimally to meet demand via Uber, Bolt, and pre-booked trips. Your main responsibilities: Operations & Scheduling: Plan driver schedules, shifts and vehicle assignments, and manage acute deviations and delays. Fleet Management & Maintenance: Monitor vehicle condition, book service appointments, maintenance, tire changes and inspections, and handle downtime and towing. Cost Control & Administration: Monitor fuel consumption (including OKQ8), analyze operating costs and minimize idle time. Reporting & Sustainability: Compile key performance indicators (KPIs) in Excel, manage permits and drive initiatives for more energy-efficient transport. Qualifications: Experience in operations, logistics, vehicle administration or scheduling. Strong proficiency in Excel and digital business systems. Strong problem-solving skills, stress resilience and excellent communication skills. Fluent English (spoken and written) is a requirement, as the majority of our passengers are international travelers from the USA and Europe. Knowledge of Swedish or other European languages is a plus. (A driver's license is not required for this role).
