Do you want to be part of making Fröblomman bloom from day one? At the end of August, Fröblomman opens its doors in Bengtsfors – a new flower shop with heart, creativity, and a love for flowers. Now we're looking for you to join us from the very beginning and help us create an inspiring meeting place for both customers and flowers. We're looking for someone who is passionate about floristry and sees every bouquet, planting, and customer interaction as an opportunity to create something personal and memorable. You enjoy taking responsibility, bringing your own ideas, and want to be part of building something new. The position is initially 50%, with good opportunities for more hours as the business grows. We're looking for you who: • Have training and/or experience as a florist (advantageous) • Have a sense for color, form, and season • Enjoy customer contact and value good service • Are creative, engaged, and self-driven • Have a B driver's license (flower deliveries will occur) • Enjoy being involved and contributing to the development of a new business With us you get to: • Help shape a brand new flower shop from the start • Work in a creative and inspiring environment • Varied work where no two days are the same • Opportunity for expanded hours over time At Fröblomman, we want to create more than a flower shop.
