We warmly welcome your application! 15 position(s). WORK DUTIES As a temporary substitute with us, you replace regular staff during absences. Your working hours may vary based on operational needs and are often determined on short notice. Since work locations and tasks vary, it is important that you are flexible and comfortable learning new ways of working. What is common in both disability services and elder care is that you work with people. You meet them in their daily lives and ensure that each person's care and support needs are met. In elder care, you work in home care or at a care and support facility. If you work in home care, the work involves a lot of independent work, and all tasks are performed in the client's home environment. If you work at a care and support facility instead, you collaborate with colleagues on a unit. What is common to both of these areas is that you assist clients with daily hygiene, personal care, meal support, mobility assistance, social interaction, and encourage participation in activities. In disability services, you work with people of all ages, with the common factor being that they have some form of disability. Central to the work is providing support, services, and care. You may work as a support assistant, personal assistant, or residential support worker. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in working with people, where you are confident, relationship-building, and responsive to others' needs and wishes. You have an independent and flexible work style while appreciating varying work hours between day, evening, and weekends. To succeed in this role, you need strong Swedish language skills in both speech and writing, as well as good documentation and computer skills. For home care work, a class B driver's license is required. We apply continuous recruitment, so do not delay submitting your application.
