Do you want to be part of our team at Moment Hotels? We are looking for you to work extra hours at our reception, where the pace is fast, the atmosphere is warm, and no two days are the same. Here you'll get the chance to meet guests from all over the world and be the face of our hotel, located in the heart of Malmö. With us, you'll become part of a dynamic team where service and quality always come first. We are looking for flexible employees who can step in as needed – both during the day, evenings, and nights. To thrive and succeed in this role, you need to have at least one year of experience working in hotel reception. Responsibilities: Check-in and check-out of guests Selling additional services Handling bookings via phone, email, and systems Administrative work, such as arrival lists and updates in the booking system Keeping the reception and lobby area in top condition Providing guests with service and support during their stay Handling cash flow and payments correctly Following procedures, checklists, and ensuring high service standards We are looking for you if you: Have experience from hotel reception or similar service profession Are very flexible and can work as needed – sometimes with short notice – including weekends, Christmas and New Year holidays, and nights Are responsible, thorough, and stress-resistant Have a professional and warm demeanor Speak and write Swedish and English fluently Have experience with StayNTouch (desirable, but not required) We offer an extra job in a professional and inspiring environment, just a stone's throw from Malmö Central Station.
