Within the Social Care Administration, approximately 1,200 dedicated employees work to provide support and care to those in need in our municipality. Work takes place within elderly care, home care, support for people with disabilities, and social psychiatry, as well as individual and family care. 1 position(s). WORK DUTIES As a nursing assistant on the night shift with us, you work to provide users with security, care, and support during the night. You contribute to a calm and safe environment and ensure they receive the care they need. The work is independent, but you always have colleagues and a nurse to collaborate with when needed. We are looking for someone who is confident in your professional role, has the ability to make decisions, and enjoys working night shifts. You are stress-resistant, flexible, and can handle multiple situations simultaneously. With your calm demeanor and attentiveness, you create the conditions for good and secure care during the night hours. You will work as a flexible night shift resource, which means you will have resource shifts within the facilities for special housing. You will move between different units based on the organization's needs, but will have your "home" unit at the special housing facility Ljuskällan. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is: • A qualified nursing assistant (You will need to supplement with your protected professional title and grades from a nursing care program during the recruitment process). • You must also have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Requirement for a passing SFI course D. • Experience with cognitive diseases • Experience with night work in healthcare and care Meritorious: • Have experience with low-affective interaction. • Previously been delegated tasks and willing to accept delegation in the municipality • It is an advantage if you are used to working independently, as the position requires both independence and a problem-solving approach.
