As a flag guard, you are responsible for directing traffic and contributing to a safe and secure work environment for both traffic users and personnel at the work site. The work is performed at various locations in the surrounding area, which means the work site may vary between different assignments. Job Responsibilities Direct traffic at road construction sites Use flags and other traffic control equipment Ensure safe passage for traffic users and work vehicles Collaborate with the work team at the site Follow applicable safety procedures and instructions Qualifications Requirements: B-class driver's license Fluent Swedish in speech and comprehension Responsible and thorough Service-oriented and cooperative Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Be flexible regarding work hours and work sites Have the ability to work with varying start and end times Merits: Previous experience working as a flag guard Experience from road, building, or construction work Previous experience as a flag guard is not a requirement. The most important thing is that you are responsible, attentive, and have the right attitude.
