Long-Haul Truck Driver

DFDS Logistics Services AB is a trucking company in Gothenburg and Karlshamn with over 350 employees in Sweden. The company is part of the DFDS Group, which offers logistics solutions throughout Europe with terminals, cargo ships, trains, trucks, and warehouses. Our vehicle fleet includes approximately 450 vehicles, of which around 150 are trucks and 300 are trailers. We are now hiring a truck driver for our trucking division in Gothenburg for long-haul routes based in Jönköping. In this role, you will work Monday-Friday at 100%. Responsibilities Your main responsibilities consist of loading, transporting, and unloading goods. This role involves long-haul driving, which means several overnight stays in the truck. Your working time is averaged to 60 hours of work during a single week for two consecutive weeks, followed by one week off. Work starts on Mondays and ends on Fridays. Therefore, we are looking for someone who can commit to this type of work schedule. The work is based in Jönköping. Qualifications Class CE driver's license Digital tachograph card Forklift certification Valid YKB certification Valid ADR certification Professional proficiency in Swedish or fluent English, both spoken and written Experience driving long-haul routes with overnight stays in the truck and working 60 hours per week Meritorious Experience driving tractor-trailers or semi-trailers Who We're Looking For We believe you are service-oriented, responsible, and accustomed to meeting customers.
