The job is primarily about welcoming, seating, and serving guests in a friendly and inviting manner in our restaurant. It's about having an eye and feel for going the extra mile, helping out, and recommending food and drinks that suit each guest. We believe you are an open and *very* social person who finds it easy to talk and is easy to talk with. Since we have many international guests, it's a major plus if you speak one or more languages in addition to Swedish and English. The role also includes opening procedures, transitions between lunch and dinner service, and closing routines. At Fiskhuset, collaboration is essential, so we often work across departments, stay flexible, support one another, and work closely with other teams. It's beneficial if you have previous experience working seasonal work or on projects, since workload can vary significantly. We continuously develop and work together to make it easy for guests and staff to succeed. Fiskhuset is open from Easter through the end of September, and we hire on an ongoing basis according to seasonal needs. Your working hours will vary depending on the season.
