Through incoming calls, you'll help customers with technical questions, primarily regarding broadband and phone services. You listen to customers' needs and inform them about Telia's service offerings to deliver the best solution. This makes upselling a natural part of the conversation, with the goal of achieving excellent service and high customer satisfaction. You work toward set targets and have the opportunity to influence your salary through a bonus system. When you start, you'll receive comprehensive training with your team where you'll get all the tools you need to feel confident in your role. You'll maintain ongoing dialogue with your manager to receive support in your daily work and take the next step in your development. • Answer incoming calls from customers • Find solutions to customers' questions and problems • Drive upselling by reviewing service offerings and finding solutions that match customers' needs 🔍 Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities • Completed upper secondary education • Excellent customer service orientation • Strong verbal and written skills in Swedish and English • Experience in customer service is a plus To thrive in the support specialist role at Telia, you should have a strong service orientation and be motivated by delivering solutions that meet customer needs. You should also have excellent communication skills and be attentive and empathetic in your interactions. The role requires you to take personal responsibility for driving your work forward.
