You have a natural ability to build trust and develop relationships with both residents and colleagues. You have approved nursing assistant education, and documented experience in dementia care is a merit. You must be able to present the National Board of Health and Welfare's certificate of protected professional title. You must be able to provide a certificate of good conduct from the criminal record registry. Experience with low-affective interaction is a merit. You have good communication skills. You are used to working in a team and contributing to a positive work environment, but you can also work independently and take your own initiative. You share our vision of providing our residents with the best possible care and support. You are flexible and can adapt to different situations that may arise in the work environment. You document in Life Care and participate in creating implementation plans together with the resident and their relatives. The assignment requires computer skills and you must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. A Class B driver's license and access to your own car are required, as public transportation is limited.
