Your future tasks As a night shift nurse, you have an overall health and care assignment for the municipality's special housing facilities. You work independently with assessing, planning, implementing, and following up on health and care interventions. You guide and support care staff and independently perform medical and care-related tasks. During the night, you work across all of the municipality's special housing facilities and short-term units, which means you encounter many different situations and get to use your broad nursing competence. You therefore need to be comfortable working independently, be able to prioritize, and feel confident making your own decisions. During your evening shifts, you work together with colleagues within the nursing organization and have the opportunity to be part of the organization in a different way. The combination gives you variety, breadth, and the opportunity to follow patients and operations at different times of day. The role also includes You will work across six special housing facilities and one short-term unit in the municipality. This means a varied work environment where no night is like the other. We are looking for someone who is a registered nurse and has a valid driver's license (Category B).
