What can we offer you? We offer you employment in an exciting and dynamic operation where you get the opportunity to contribute to the development of the operation, your colleagues, and yourself. You also participate in improving and implementing work methods to ensure quality and efficiency in the operation. The role is a combined position where you alternate between care work in the regular work team with administrative and strategic responsibilities. In your role as team leader, you are responsible for, among other things: Distributing and prioritizing work tasks. Partially handling staffing matters. Coordinating care services in collaboration with other professionals. Supporting and mentoring colleagues. Anchoring and breaking down overarching goals into understandable and unit-specific tasks. Acting as decision-making and expert support to the manager. Who are you? The team leader role is multifaceted. It requires you to combine solid professional expertise with a strong ability to mentor and engage your colleagues. You don't need formal leadership experience, but we're looking for someone who is: Qualified: You are a certified nursing assistant with proof of protected professional title and at least five years of professional experience in health and care (preferably in elderly care). A team player: You are responsible, engaged, and service-oriented. You enjoy working toward established goals together with others and ensure that the team approaches challenges with a solution-focused approach. Work environment-focused: You actively care for a good work environment for both yourself and your team by promoting cooperation and good professional relationships. In relation to others, you are confident, clear, attentive, and humble. You make independent decisions while encouraging collaboration, participation, and reflection. You see people's potential and want to help bring out the best in each individual. You always focus on the operation's mission and make decisions based on quality, development, and financial sustainability. We require that you have good knowledge of Swedish language, both spoken and written. Selection and interviews are ongoing, so please send in your application today! We drive Finspång forward!
