We are now seeking a Finnish-speaking Dispatcher for an international company operating in the technology and service sector. In this role, you'll have a central function where you're responsible for planning, coordinating, and providing daily support to field technicians.
About the role
As a Dispatcher, you'll be responsible for planning and allocating work to technicians and ensuring that service assignments are completed as scheduled. You'll work continuously with replanning for urgent matters, changing priorities, or other deviations.
The role involves many contact points and you have daily interaction with technicians, customers, and internal colleagues via phone and digital systems. In addition to operational planning, you'll also work administratively and contribute to the development and improvement of work methods and processes.
We're looking for you if you
Have experience in coordination, planning, dispatching, or similar administrative roles
Speak and write both Finnish and Swedish fluently
Have good computer skills and a talent for learning new systems
Thrive in a fast-paced role with multiple parallel tasks
Are organized, solution-oriented, and service-focused
Have strong communication skills and enjoy working with many contact points
As a person, you're a team player who enjoys collaborating with others. You're thorough, flexible, and able to prioritize when circumstances change rapidly.
