We are seeking an engaged and service-minded Finnish-speaking Customer Service Officer for our client, an international life science company operating in Stockholm. The company offers products and solutions to customers in the healthcare sector. In this role, you will be responsible for providing professional service and creating a positive customer experience, primarily on the Finnish market.
This is a recruitment for a parental leave replacement with direct employment at the client company from early October 2026 through April 2028. For someone who performs well, there may be an opportunity for extension.
About the Position
As a Customer Service Officer, you will primarily work with customer service for the Finnish market. You will become part of an international organization and work with professional service toward the company's customers.
Customer contact occurs mainly via email and to a lesser extent via phone. Most cases concern orders and complaints, and you are responsible for helping customers in a quick, professional, and solution-oriented manner.
You will primarily be responsible for the Finnish market but work closely with your colleagues and also support the Swedish market as needed. You will work in several different systems, primarily SAP and Salesforce.
The role can develop over time and may involve closer collaboration with the sales department and new tasks based on the organization's needs.
Your areas of responsibility include, among others:
Handle incoming customer inquiries, primarily via email but also via phone.
Handle questions about orders, complaints, and other customer matters.
Be responsible for customer service for the Finnish market and support the Swedish market as needed.
Build good customer relationships through professional and proactive service.
Collaborate with colleagues in customer service, sales, and other parts of the organization.
Work in several different systems, primarily SAP and Salesforce.

Finds it easy to build good relationships with both customers and colleagues.
