All of Aimpoint's production takes place within Sweden's borders at their two production facilities in Malmö and Gällivare, with their headquarters in Malmö. For their production, we are now seeking precision mechanical assemblers. The work tasks will consist of assembly work performed at different stations and with various processes. The work tasks require precision and great accuracy. It is work performed with high quality at an efficient pace. During the recruitment process, you as a candidate will get to perform trial assembly, undergo a thorough background check, and a health check. The position is full-time and you will initially be employed by StudentConsulting and work as a consultant for Aimpoint. There are good opportunities to be taken over and directly employed by Aimpoint after the initial consulting assignment. We are looking for someone who takes a long-term view of the position. Work hours are scheduled on two shifts Monday-Friday, alternating weeks 06.00-14.20, and alternating weeks 14.20-22.40. There will also be a night shift where those working on this shift only work nights with working hours 22.40-05.30. It is important for the position to be open to all shifts. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for someone who has an eye for details, good precision, and a technical interest. It is highly meriting if you have previous experience with fine motor assembly work, but it is not a requirement. As a person, we believe you are thorough and like structure. You are a calm person who still prefers to work at a fast pace and efficiently in various processes. Since many work tasks are monotonous, we believe you have good concentration ability and like to work according to clear instructions and processes. Since all communication and instructions are in Swedish, you need to have good Swedish in both speaking and understanding. Other experience that is meriting: - Background in fine motor work. - Experience with industrial work - Background in the beauty industry (e.g., eyelash extensions or nail building) Does this sound like a position for you?
