In this position, your responsibilities will include: participating in annual budget planning; participating in the organization of inventory; assigning economic classification codes in accordance with approved budget estimates and objectives; preparing reports for State Environment Service structural units upon request; processing invoices and advance payments in cooperation with the State Treasury unified service center; managing, recording, and administering material assets and resources in the HoP self-service environment. We expect you to have: first-level or academic higher education in accounting, economics, finance, or a related field; desirable practical work experience in finance or budget planning in a state administration or municipal institution; ability to work with standard office software; desirable experience working with the resource management system "Horizon" (experience in preparing and processing electronic inventory results will be considered an advantage); digital signature. Equally important is that you possess: analytical thinking, high precision, results orientation, the ability to effectively plan and organize your work, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.
