The Digital Center of the Ministry of Interior (hereinafter - Center) (registration No. LV90000289913) is a direct administration agency under the Ministry of Interior. The Center's mission is to promote crime prevention and combating, protection of public order and security using information processing and analysis tools, as well as to provide the Ministry of Interior and its subordinate agencies with EU-compliant operational radio communications and private electronic communications network systems. The Digital Center of the Interior invites applications for the position of Development and Administrative Management Department Financial Management Division Chief Financial Officer – Department Head official position (for an indefinite period) We will entrust you with: preparing financing plans, budgets and their amendments in relation to state budget financing; developing and implementing financial control methods; ensuring the Center's budget preparation, compilation processes and budget execution; monitoring the allocation and use of financial resources in accordance with objectives; identifying and managing risks affecting the execution of processes and tasks within the division's competence; within the scope of competence, participating in the development and updating of the Center's development planning documents and internal regulatory acts, as well as financial planning and accounting documents. Our requirements: compliance with the requirements of Article 7 of the Civil Service Law; academic or second-level professional higher education; three years of experience in state administration in the field of financial planning; theoretical and practical knowledge of issues related to financial planning in state administration; ability to make decisions, planning and organizational skills, sense of responsibility, resilience in stressful situations, good cooperation and communication skills; excellent knowledge of the state language (C2 level).
