Arts Education Competence Center "National Arts Secondary School" Registration No. 90010937516 Invites applications for: Project and Institution Financial Specialist (Profession code 2412 01) Key responsibilities: Organize the planning and execution of project and institutional budget processes. Prepare budget requests, estimates, and resource allocation for the fiscal year. Ensure the preparation and management of all financial documents and oversee their circulation in collaboration with external accounting services. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and management reports. Monitor budget execution and cash flow, analyzing the effectiveness of allocated funds in accordance with approved plans. Provide professional support and consultation to institutional management on financial matters, and prepare necessary information for audit requests. Within your area of competence, develop and update internal financial regulations and participate in working groups and commissions. Requirements for candidates: Academic or second-level professional higher education in economics (economics, accounting, or finance program) or management (preferably business administration or management science program). At least three years of relevant professional experience in state administration budget and accounting. Knowledge and skills in working with the Horizon resource management system and Namejs document management system, as well as experience with MS Office and other software required for job duties. Ability to independently solve problems, as well as conceptual, analytical, and critical thinking. Excellent planning, organization, and communication skills. Excellent knowledge of the state language. We offer: Monthly salary for full-time position - 2000.00 euro per month and social benefits.
