Read more about what it's like to work here About the Role As a Financial Business Partner, you play a central role in supporting and challenging the business on both operational and strategic matters. You work closely with the management team within your area of responsibility and contribute financial insights that create conditions for well-informed business decisions and long-term value creation. In the role, you are responsible for driving and coordinating budget and forecasting processes and ensuring high quality and accuracy in the business's financial planning. By analyzing results, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities, and translating financial data into concrete recommendations, you contribute to well-informed decisions that create value for the business. You monitor goals, key performance indicators, and performance to ensure that the business develops in line with set ambitions. You function as a proactive business partner who supports, guides, and challenges managers on financial and business matters, while contributing to driving the business forward. Your work is characterized by close collaboration with the business, where you are expected to contribute with both perspective, initiative, and business acumen. As a member of the management team for your area, you play an active role and contribute a strategic holistic perspective. You are confident in presenting financial analyses and recommendations to senior decision-makers and have the ability to make complex information clear and relevant. You will become part of a committed controller team characterized by an open and unpretentious approach where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and diverse perspectives contribute to both individual learning and collective results. Job Requirements We are looking for someone who has A university degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent At least 5 years of experience in the role of Financial Business Partner, Business Controller, or other qualified financial management Worked closely with management teams and supported decision-making through financial analysis and business advice Experience driving budget, forecasting, and follow-up processes Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint As a person, you are analytical and data-driven with the ability to switch between a holistic perspective and details. You are business-oriented, strategic, and enjoy translating analyses into concrete recommendations that create value for the business. You build trust through an unpretentious approach, good collaboration skills, and positive energy. You find it easy to build relationships and are confident in presenting your conclusions, while being receptive to the business's needs.
