As a controller, you become an important player in our team – a role where you get to work both operatively and analytically, with great variety in your tasks. About the Position You work closely with both our internal organization and our Shared Service Center (SSC). You have a central function in ensuring correct accounting, supporting financial reporting, and contributing to good cost control. Your main responsibilities Maintain and update financial files and reports Monitor and distribute incoming invoices and ensure matching between orders and invoices in collaboration with the SSC Support VAT reporting, approvals, and associated accounting entries Responsible for monitoring CAPEX, related tools, and account analyses Conduct regular reviews of the income statement (P&L) and support monthly accruals Prepare weekly trend analyses and support payments (Swedish and international payments) Support SOX controls (e.g., GRNI and asset changes) Handle other ad hoc finance tasks You actively participate in monthly closing: Account reconciliations CAPEX bookings Inventory adjustments As an assistant controller, you contribute to: Financial reporting (including accounting support to the SSC) Cost control (CAPEX and overhead) Improvement of internal processes and control environment About You This is a role for you who wants to combine attention to detail with a holistic perspective – and who finds it equally rewarding to improve processes as to make the numbers balance.
