About the role As Finance Manager, you will hold a key position in the organization with significant influence over the company's financial development. You report to the CFO and are responsible for financial reporting, financial statements, and follow-up, as well as ensuring that financial processes and systems maintain high quality and efficiency. Through analyses and business insights, you contribute to well-founded decisions and help the business identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement. You drive development and change initiatives within your area of responsibility and serve as an important collaboration partner to both management and operations. The role involves close collaboration with Group Finance, auditors, and other external stakeholders, while you lead, coach, and develop the accounting team to create a strong and future-oriented finance function. For the right person, there are good opportunities to develop both leadership and business acumen as the organization grows. Your main responsibilities: Ensure correct and regular financial reporting, including accounting, annual reports, tax filings, inventory accounting, and other regulatory reporting in accordance with applicable legal requirements and accounting principles. Responsible for the company's financial management and financial follow-up, including budget, forecast, and business planning as well as analysis of revenue, profit, margins, cash flow, and key metrics to ensure the business achieves its goals. In this role, you also act as a business partner/business controller to management and operations, conducting business analyses, identifying improvement areas, and preparing decision support materials that strengthen operational profitability and development. Lead and develop the finance function, including personnel responsibility for the accounting department, development of working methods and processes, as well as collaboration with auditors, authorities, and other external stakeholders. Who we are looking for We are looking for someone who is an unpretentious and natural leader with the ability to combine accounting and business development with a genuine interest in the business. You have several years of experience in accounting, audit, and/or business controlling and are ready to take on greater responsibility in your next role. Perhaps you have already had personnel responsibility, or you have driven projects and initiatives where you took a natural leadership role. You work independently, take responsibility for your deliverables, and have a structured and thorough approach to work. With strong analytical abilities, you translate complex information into clear insights and business recommendations. You are results-oriented and thrive in a role where you contribute to business development, while being communicative and skilled at building trust and strong relationships at all levels within the organization. Qualifications: Academic degree in economics, accounting, or finance Several years of experience in qualified accounting, financial reporting, and financial statement preparation Experience in business controlling, financial analysis, and key metric follow-up Experience in personnel management, team leadership, or project management is a plus. We also view positively candidates who have taken greater responsibility, such as coordinating colleagues, driving projects, or being responsible for developing processes and working methods. Good system experience and experience with business systems as well as reporting, analysis, and planning tools.
