We are now looking for a Finance Integration Specialist for Vitec Group ERP Services, a team that helps our business units develop through smart processes, efficient systems, and strong financial expertise. This is the role for someone who wants to combine finance, business understanding, project management, and system expertise in a varied day-to-day where you make a real difference. About the Role As a Finance Integration Specialist, you'll be part of our five-person team responsible for the Group's ERP platform NetSuite and other financial systems. We work closely with Vitec's business units in the Nordic region and the Netherlands, supporting them in everything from system implementations and process development to training and change management. No two weeks are the same. One day you lead an implementation project for a business unit, the next day you help a finance manager streamline their work processes, or you drive an initiative that improves how the entire group works with finance and reporting. You'll have a central role in an international organization where you work closely with finance professionals, business units, IT, and system vendors. Example of Work Tasks Lead and coordinate ERP implementations in Vitec's subsidiaries Act as an advisory partner on finance processes and system support Train and support users in our financial systems Drive improvement and efficiency initiatives Contribute to creating common work methods and processes across the group Who Are You? To succeed in this role, we believe you have: Academic education in finance or accounting A few years of experience with financial closing, accounting, or reporting Interest in systems and digital processes Experience leading projects or improvement initiatives Very strong Excel skills Excellent ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing If you have experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, that's a plus, but what matters most is your willingness to learn and develop.
