About the Role This is a full-time on-site position in Stockholm as a Finance Transformation Specialist. Responsibilities include analyzing financial processes, contributing to strategic financial planning, preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports, and driving operational efficiencies in line with team objectives. A central part of the role involves communicating with key stakeholders to understand and implement modernized financial workflows. Qualifications Expertise in finance, accounting, and financial reporting Strong analytical ability to evaluate financial data and processes Excellent communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and presenting results Experience implementing and leveraging financial systems and tools Experience with finance transformation or modernized accounting processes is a plus Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, or related field is a plus
