Finance Business Partner – Consulting Assignment in Gothenburg

We are looking for a driven Finance Business Partner for a longer consulting assignment with our client in Gothenburg. You will have a central role close to the business leadership and work with both operational controlling and program controlling in an international and development-intensive environment. About the Assignment As a Finance Business Partner, you contribute with financial analyses, decision support materials, and active advisory services to management. You are responsible for, among other things, budgeting, forecasts, cost tracking, and financial management of operations and programs. The tasks include, among others: Budgeting, forecasts, and long-term financial planning Monthly financial statements, variance analysis, and key performance indicator tracking Tracking program budgets, investments, and cost development Financial support and decision-making materials for management and other stakeholders Review of purchase requisitions and supplier invoices Identification of financial risks, opportunities, and improvement measures What We Are Looking For Academic education in economics, accounting, or business administration At least 3–5 years of experience in controlling, business partnering, or program controlling Good experience with budgeting, forecasts, and financial analysis Advanced Excel skills Very good English, spoken and written Ability to communicate financial matters clearly and work with senior stakeholders Meritorious: Experience from automotive, technology, or engineering operations, as well as knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, macros, or SAP S/4HANA.
