Would you like a central financial role in an international manufacturing company where you can combine qualified accounting with operational finance? MuoviTech Sweden AB is seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager who wants to take responsibility for the finance function in Sweden while working in an international group context. You will join a well-functioning finance function and have the opportunity to continue developing it as the business grows. The Role As Finance & Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for the finance function at MuoviTech Sweden AB and certain financial and administrative tasks for the parent company. The role reports to the CEO and Group CFO and involves numerous contacts both internally, within the group, and with external partners. The role is operational and suits you if you enjoy working closely with accounting and understanding the business behind the numbers. The finance function has been structured over recent years with functioning routines and processes that the new Finance & Accounting Manager will continue to develop. Responsibilities and Tasks Ongoing accounting, reconciliations, and monthly and annual financial statements. Annual reports and reporting to the group. Budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing financial monitoring. Inventory accounting and valuation. Liquidity monitoring, cash flow, and management of multiple currencies, including currency valuation, exchange, and hedging. VAT, tax, Intrastat, and other relevant government reporting. Financial reports and decision-making materials for the CEO, Group CFO, and board. Payroll and HR administration, including time and expense reporting, benefits, and pensions. Development of internal controls, financial routines, and processes. Payroll and accounts payable/receivable are handled by the external accounting partner ARK in Tidaholm. The Finance & Accounting Manager is responsible for relevant documentation, controls, and approvals, as well as ongoing contact and follow-up. Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone with several years of experience in qualified accounting work and direct accounting responsibility. You have worked in a manufacturing environment and understand financial flows related to production and inventory. You have experience with monthly and annual financial statements, annual reports, budgeting and forecasting, inventory accounting, and working with multiple currencies. You are accustomed to group reporting and have experience with payroll and HR administration. You have post-secondary education in economics/accounting or equivalent competence acquired through relevant work experience. Strong Excel skills and experience with business and accounting systems are requirements, as well as very good Swedish and English proficiency in both spoken and written form. Experience with Monitor G5, Ocra, and Visma Lön is a plus.
