More information about KSS is provided upon personal contact. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone with solid experience in control and automation technology or building automation. You have likely worked as a project manager, senior project manager, group manager, section manager and now want to take the next step in a role where you can combine business acumen, leadership and operational presence. Requirements and qualifications: At least 5 years of experience from the control and automation industry Experience in building automation and technical building systems Experience in project management within contracting operations Experience with budget, profit or financial responsibility Experience in estimation, quotations or sales work Good understanding of contract law Good IT skills B-class driver's license Swedish and English in speech and writing Meritorious: Previous management or leadership experience Experience with control contracts from the contractor side As a person, you are relationship-building, responsible and unpretentious. The role involves close collaboration with group management and other branches while operating the business with great independence. You will lead a competent team where the focus is on creating the right conditions for both people and business to develop. An important part of the role is to continue building the business by developing customer relationships, driving sales and ensuring high quality in deliveries.
