What does the role offer? As Branch Manager, you have overall responsibility for the branch's operations and are responsible for leading, developing, and following up on both employees and business. The role is broad and combines operational leadership with strategic work in finance, business development, and operations management. This is a unique opportunity to help further develop Instatech's operations in Gothenburg. You will have a strong mandate to develop the branch, strengthen the local organization, create new and develop existing customer relationships, and create conditions for continued growth. Examples of responsibilities: • Lead, coach, and develop the branch's employees and have full personnel responsibility. • Manage the branch's budget, forecasts, financial follow-up, and results. • Drive business development by developing existing customers and creating new business opportunities. • Manage bids, negotiations, and construction contracts. • Ensure that operations comply with the company's processes, management systems, and applicable laws and regulations. • Actively work with operational development, efficiency improvements, and continuous improvement. • Participate in the company's management group and contribute to strategic development. Who are you? We are looking for someone with several years of experience in a leadership position within installation, construction, or related technical project work. You have documented profit responsibility and are experienced in leading both people, projects, and business. You also have good knowledge of construction law, project economics, and work environment, as well as experience working with budgets, forecasts, estimates, and financial follow-up. Post-secondary education in a relevant field is a merit, but equivalent work experience can carry equal weight. As a person, you are a confident and professional leader who thrives with taking responsibility and making decisions. You have strong self-drive and are motivated by building and developing operations.
