Field Sales Representative for Tall for Tiny, Sweden Are you a driven sales professional with strong relationship-building skills and experience from the toy, baby product, or related consumer goods industry? Tall for Tiny is strengthening its presence in Sweden by building a dedicated Swedish sales organization and is seeking a Field Sales Representative who wants to be part of this continued growth journey. You will have an operational and independent role focused on sales, customer visits, and new customer development within your own geographic territory. The Role & Your Responsibilities Tall for Tiny is looking for someone who is commercially minded, relationship-focused, and self-driven, and who thrives spending most of your day in the field with customers. You have a natural ability to build connections and establish trust, while also demonstrating clear business drive and motivation to grow sales. An important part of the role is actively identifying, contacting, and establishing new retailers, which means you need to be comfortable with new customer acquisition and creating new business opportunities. You will, among other things: · Actively work with new customer acquisition and identify new business opportunities. · Be responsible for and develop sales within your own geographic territory. · Visit existing retailers and build long-term customer relationships. · Represent Tall for Tiny and their brands with retailers. · Ensure attractive and sales-focused product displays in stores. · Inform and train retail staff about products and brands. · Plan and support the implementation of campaigns and other in-store sales activities. Qualifications · Experience in sales and customer contact, preferably from a field-based sales role or retail-related activities. · Experience from toys, baby products, or related consumer goods segments. · Experience with both new customer acquisition and development of existing customer relationships. · Ability to work independently, in a structured manner, and take significant personal responsibility. · Strong communication skills and a professional approach in customer interactions. · Valid driver's license (B category). You are comfortable traveling and open to frequent customer visits and approximately 30 overnight stays per year (customer visits, trade shows, and Denmark). · Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
