Responsibilities
As a property technician you work closely with customers. It is your task to maintain existing customer relationships and establish new contacts. You have daily contact with tenants and property owners to provide them with the service they need.
Your responsibilities will include:
Service work
Repairs
Maintenance work
Installations
Property inspections
Operational optimization
Conduct minor improvement projects
Education, Experience and Personal Qualities
High school diploma
Education focused on property technology/related industries or equivalent work experience
Good system proficiency and good knowledge of Office
Driver's license (Category B)
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Very valuable with knowledge and experience of shopping centers/commercial properties
Valuable with knowledge of electrical systems
