About the Role In this role as a building technician, you will work in a unique and challenging environment which requires great responsibility with focus on safety, flexibility, accuracy, and planning. The position includes: Responsibility for and ability to perform most technical work such as preventive, corrective, and planned maintenance Perform HVAC work and contribute with your expertise in the field Provide suggestions for improvements, changes, energy-saving measures, etc. Maintain contact and provide feedback to customers Collaborate with other operations personnel and specialists You have: At least 3 years of experience in technical building operations Documented HVAC competence Education in real estate or equivalent competence acquired through several years of experience Experience with independent work in various types of properties Driver's license class B We believe you are: Service-oriented and solution-focused - you enjoy making a difference for the customer Technically interested and curious about using modern tools and methods Thorough, methodical, and confident in your professional role A team player who enjoys collaborating and sharing knowledge Warmly welcome to become one of many professional colleagues who will perform and work with one of Stockholm's most important, interesting, and developmental technician positions! Security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may be relevant for certain customer assignments The position is 100% and permanent with a probationary period.
