ByggVesta Property Management is now starting a new Stockholm team with six in-house property technicians with various specialized competencies. This is an opportunity for you who want to be there from day one and influence how the team works, establish structures, and help shape the culture, while also gaining access to modern tools and new vehicles.
Currently, we manage nearly twenty properties with rental apartments and student housing in the Stockholm area. Our portfolio comprises approximately 2,650 apartments in properties of varying sizes, ranging from under 50 to over 400 units.
Operations are based at our local offices in Kista and Nacka, with headquarters on Kungsholmen. ByggVesta is an established and financially stable company with long-term presence in several locations across Sweden.
About the Role
It's not just about fixing problems—it's about understanding causes, seeing patterns, and contributing to better and more sustainable solutions. You are skilled at communicating in Swedish and English with our tenants.
Your Main Responsibilities
• Troubleshooting and repair of appliances (refrigerators, freezers, stoves, dishwashers, laundry equipment)
• Replacement, installation, and functional testing
• Management of door intercoms, access systems, and basic electronics
• Analysis of recurring faults and improvement suggestions
• Collaboration with suppliers on major repairs
• Support to colleagues on technical matters and handling various service tasks as time permits
• Documentation and follow-up
A Role Close to the Tenant
You meet tenants in their homes, often in situations where something isn't working. Your ability to build trust, explain what needs to be done, and deliver a reliable solution is an important part of the job. This makes the role both technical and service-oriented, where customer care and professional skill go hand in hand.
