Responsibilities As a property technician, you will have a varied day-to-day role where you are the residents' primary point of contact. You are responsible for receiving and addressing fault reports and service requests while ensuring a high level of service and a positive approach. The role includes daily rounds and supervision of properties, maintenance, service and upkeep, as well as documentation of completed work in Vitec. You are also responsible for SBA (systematic fire protection work) and other statutory safety inspections together with the property manager. In addition, the role includes inspection of apartments and premises as well as tag and key management. Work takes place primarily in the Malmö region and surrounding areas, where you ensure operations and contribute to creating safe and well-functioning properties. Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities Several years of work experience in a similar role or within a similar technical service profession, such as the construction industry Experience working with properties is a merit Good computer and system skills Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Valid B-category driver's license We are looking for someone who is driven to provide good service and create satisfied residents.
