Your role
As a property technician with us, you are a key person in ensuring well-functioning properties and satisfied customers.
You will work with:
Building and developing good customer relationships
Performing property inspections
Handling repairs and ongoing maintenance
Managing service requests and fault reports
Oversee ventilation, heating, and electrical systems
Contribute with improvement and energy efficiency suggestions
Who are you?
You are a person who:
Takes responsibility and is proud of your work
Has a strong service focus
Enjoys working both independently and in a team
Is solution-oriented and driven
We would like to see that you have:
Property technical education or equivalent experience
Experience from the industry
Knowledge of operational technology/energy efficiency (merit)
Other information
B-driver's license is a requirement
Extract from criminal record is required
