Your Assignment In this role, you have broad responsibility for the operation, maintenance, and development of the properties' technical systems. The work is varied and includes both urgent interventions and long-term improvements. - Operation and monitoring of the properties' technical systems via monitoring systems - Work with heating, ventilation, cooling, and control systems - Perform repairs and ongoing maintenance in properties - Contribute to energy and operational optimization - Coordinate and follow up with external contractors - Work preventatively for high operational reliability and good indoor environment - Develop work methods and technical solutions together with colleagues On-call duty may occur. Your Experience You have a technical background and are experienced in working practically with properties and installations. You feel confident handling both systems and physical interventions in properties. - Upper secondary education and property technician training or equivalent experience - Good knowledge of heating, ventilation, cooling, and control systems - Practical experience with repairs and maintenance in the property sector - Good computer skills and experience working with property management systems - Good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written It is advantageous if you have: - Experience as a facility operator in fire safety and/or sprinkler systems - Experience operating swimming pool facilities - Hot work certification - Boiler operator training according to AFS 2023:11 - ADR 1.3 - Electrical safety training Is This You?
