Property Technician at ByggVesta, 6 Positions - Versatile & Plumbing

ByggVesta Property Management is now launching a new Stockholm team with six dedicated property technicians with different specialized competencies. This is an opportunity for you who want to be involved from day one and influence how the team works, establish structures, and help shape the culture, while gaining access to modern tools and new vehicles. The recruitment is conducted in collaboration with Jefferson Wells, but you will be directly employed by ByggVesta. This is not a consultant position. Currently, we manage nearly twenty properties with rental apartments and student housing in the Stockholm area. The portfolio comprises approximately 2,650 apartments in total, with properties ranging in size from under 50 to over 400 apartments. Operations are based out of our local offices in Kista and Nacka, with headquarters on Kungsholmen. ByggVesta is an established and financially stable company with long-term presence in several locations across Sweden. About the Role These are operational and varied roles where you combine technical expertise, problem-solving, and service. You are a key person in creating functional, safe, and comfortable homes for our tenants every day. We are building an entirely new team with broad expertise and high service levels. We are now seeking these roles: Versatile Technician - broad practical experience, preferably in residential properties Plumbing Technician - pipes and systems Responsibilities Operation, supervision, and troubleshooting Ongoing and preventive maintenance Repairs within your area of expertise Tenant relations with high service focus Coordination with suppliers Documentation and reporting A Role Close to the Tenant You meet tenants in their homes, often in situations where something isn't working. Your ability to build trust, explain what needs to be done, and deliver a safe solution is an important part of the work. This makes the role both technical and service-oriented, where communication and professional skill go hand in hand. We are looking for someone who: Is self-directed and practically solution-oriented Thrives in a role with significant personal responsibility Has a strong service focus and enjoys helping others Is confident and positive in interactions with people Brings energy and a positive attitude Is skilled at communicating in Swedish and English with our tenants.
