Job Responsibilities
As a property technician, you work closely with customers. Your task is to maintain existing customer relationships and establish new contacts. You have daily contact with tenants and property owners to provide them with the service they need.
Your tasks will include:
Service work
Repairs
Maintenance work
Installations
Property inspections
Operational optimization
Manage minor improvement projects
Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
Upper secondary education
Education in property engineering/related industries or equivalent work experience
Good computer skills
Good knowledge of Office
Driver's license category B
Good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written
As a property technician, you are an engaged problem solver who thrives in a role with many contacts and high demands on service mentality. For the position, it is important that you can take your own initiative and enjoy working with responsibility and freedom. You work well with both customers and colleagues and have excellent collaboration skills. The position is based from home with affiliation to our office in Sollentuna. We would appreciate it if you live in northern or western Stockholm and surrounding areas.
