The position offers varied work tasks where you get to work both independently and in a team, with significant responsibility and close customer contact. Work Tasks: As a building systems technician with us, you will have a varied role where your main responsibilities include: • Operation, supervision, and optimization of ventilation systems • Troubleshooting and addressing operational issues in ventilation and indoor climate • Service and maintenance of ventilation systems and associated components • Replacement of filters, belts, and other wear parts • Checking air flows and function in ventilation units • Documentation of completed work in internal systems • On-site customer contact – you are the company's face to the outside The position is based in Stockholm. Qualifications: We are looking for someone who: • Has education in building systems technology, ventilation, or equivalent work experience • Has experience working with ventilation, building operations, or technical service • Holds a valid driver's license (Category B) • Has good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written • Is service-oriented, takes responsibility, and has good collaboration skills Meritorious: • Experience with OVK-related work • Knowledge of control and regulation technology • Experience working with building and monitoring systems We Offer: • A secure and developing workplace with good camaraderie • Varied work – no two days are the same • Opportunity for development and specialization within ventilation, operations, and building systems technology We conduct ongoing screening and interviews and therefore hope to receive your application as soon as possible.
