The recruitment is conducted in collaboration with Jefferson Wells, but you will be directly employed by ByggVesta. This is not a consultant position.
Currently, we manage nearly twenty properties with rental apartments and student housing in the Stockholm area. The portfolio comprises approximately 2,650 apartments in total, with properties ranging in size from under 50 to over 400 apartments.
Operations are based at our local offices in Kista and Nacka, with headquarters on Kungsholmen. ByggVesta is an established and financially stable company with long-term presence in several locations across Sweden.
About the Role
These are operational and varied roles where you combine technical expertise, problem-solving, and service. You are a key person in creating functioning, safe, and pleasant homes for our tenants every day.
We are building an entirely new team with broad expertise and high service standards:
Allround Technician (3 positions) - broad practical experience
Appliances/Electronics (1 position) - troubleshooting & repair
Property Technician with Electrical Competence (1 position) - minimum electrical certification B
Plumbing Technician (1 position) - pipes and systems
Two of the roles may also involve supervisory responsibility with a focus on planning, coordination, and follow-up.
Responsibilities
Operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting
Routine and preventive maintenance
Repairs within your area of expertise
Tenant contact with high service focus
Coordination with suppliers
Documentation and reporting
A Role Close to the Tenant
You meet tenants in their homes, often in situations where something is not working. Your ability to build trust, explain what needs to be done, and deliver a safe solution is an important part of the work. This makes the role both technical and service-oriented, where interpersonal skills and professional competence go hand in hand.
