What you'll do
In the role of Property Technician, you'll have broad responsibility for the operation and maintenance of our properties, both technically and practically. You're an important part of ensuring our environments feel secure, well-maintained, and functioning – every single day. You work closely with both colleagues and customers and are often the one who makes sure things actually get done.
We're looking for an all-around technician for varied tasks, including:
Perform troubleshooting and repairs on plumbing, heating, ventilation, and electrical systems
Handle fault reports, service requests, and basic repairs on-site at customer locations
Maintenance of green spaces and outdoor environments
Installation of household appliances
Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and internal functions for smooth operations

Have experience working in property management, property maintenance, or a similar technical role
Have technical knowledge of plumbing, heating, ventilation, electrical systems, or control and automation technology
Are comfortable working independently but also enjoy solving things together with others
Are organized, curious, and aren't afraid to ask questions when something is unclear
Communicate clearly and respectfully with a service-oriented approach
Hold a valid driver's license and are comfortable traveling between different properties
