We are now seeking two dedicated and customer-focused property technicians on a fixed-term contract at Alingsåshem. Job Description As a property technician, you will work with the operation, supervision, and maintenance of Alingsåshem's properties such as the municipality's care and residential facilities, administrative offices, schools, preschools, industrial spaces, and residential units. You will work on the operation of a number of properties where you, together with your colleagues, ensure that interior and exterior maintenance is conducted optimally. You maintain close contact and continuous dialogue with both customers and colleagues. Much of the work within our properties is managed digitally, and you will work with digital systems for case management, media monitoring, and reporting. You participate in ongoing maintenance planning together with our property managers, and when needed, you contact and coordinate contractors for maintenance tasks. You will also work with: Preventive and planned maintenance. Monitoring of control and regulation systems for heating, electricity, ventilation, and more. Ordering and responsibility for minor maintenance work. Ensuring good customer communication regarding repairs. Ensuring good quality and safety in connection with work in our properties. Inspection of contracted and completed services. As a property technician, you will work in our property areas where you, together with your colleagues, work to achieve the organization's goals and a sustainable, safe, and attractive Alingsås. Each property area (department) consists of approximately 14-17 employees in the roles of residential coordinator, operations technician, property manager, property technician, environmental custodian, and area developer. Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for someone with relevant education in property operations or work experience from a similar role. You have good expertise in maintenance, supervision, and care of properties as well as basic knowledge in electrical and plumbing systems. You are experienced in working with digital tools and have experience with property systems and control and regulation technology systems. As we communicate with both customers and colleagues, very good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing is a requirement. A category B driver's license is a requirement. In the role of property technician, you actively work to develop and maintain good relationships with our tenants.
