About the role As a property technician with us, you will have varied and stimulating work with significant personal responsibility. You work both practically and problem-solving with the operation and maintenance of the customer's properties – in this assignment, stations and depots – which provides a varied and developmental work environment. Your main responsibilities consist of performing maintenance, repairs, and installations, supporting tenants with orders and troubleshooting, and working proactively with inspections and maintenance to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable operations. We work in close collaboration with our client and continuously strive to develop the function and quality of the properties. To succeed in the role, you need At least 3 years of upper secondary education with a professional diploma or higher education eligibility At least 3 years of practical experience as a property technician Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Very good computer skills and administrative ability as all reporting is done digitally Driver's license category B Meriting factors Certificates in Fall Protection, First Aid, Hot Work Knowledge of plumbing, control, and monitoring systems Further education in electrical work, plumbing, or safe water About you We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, self-driven, and enjoys meeting people in your daily work.
