Job Description We at Rällsögården are now seeking a dedicated property manager (property technician) for our team. We are looking for someone with experience in property management who wants to contribute to our socially important operations. As a property manager and systems administrator at Rällsögården, you are responsible for overseeing and maintaining the property and security systems. You will work with tasks such as troubleshooting, reporting maintenance issues to the property owner, ordering and monitoring contractors, local responsibility for security systems, systematic fire safety work, and maintenance of Rällsögården's vehicles. You will also work as the institution's systems administrator, where you will handle IT support, account management, and ordering of certain technical equipment for the institution. Working hours are day shifts, Monday through Friday. Qualifications We are looking for someone who thrives in a varied role and has the ability to handle diverse tasks across different areas. To enjoy and succeed in this role, it is important that you are social, service-oriented, and willing to take initiative. In your daily work, you will interact with clients, which makes personal suitability particularly important. We are looking for someone who has: - Education as a property manager/property technician or education combined with experience that the employer considers equivalent. - Experience from a similar role and work tasks. - A Class B driving license. - The ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
