You take care of outdoor areas and common spaces, perform inspections and minor repairs. Your Assignment As a property manager, you are an important and visible part of our management areas. By being close to the tenants and taking responsibility for maintenance, order, and supervision of common areas, outdoor environments, and waste management, you contribute to safe and pleasant living environments. Your work is crucial for us to live up to our customer promise – the wonderful feeling of coming home. You will be part of a management team with an area manager as your direct supervisor. You will work closely with other property managers and caretakers in the area, coordinators, and the area manager. Responsibilities and Tasks Responsible for maintaining our outdoor areas and common spaces, with tasks including lawn mowing, trimming, weed removal, and other ongoing garden maintenance. Responsible for maintenance of common areas, waste management, snow removal and ice prevention, etc: - supervision and cleaning of environmental facilities as needed - emergency cleaning in common areas - carrying out minor and simple repairs - general supervision and patrols, such as regular SBA patrols - reporting defects, shortcomings, and maintenance needs to the area manager Financial responsibility: Approve and code invoices, participate in budget work. Responsible for ensuring that vehicles, machines, and equipment within your assigned management area are in usable condition and well maintained. Contribute to developing new and improving existing working methods within property management. Assist other management areas/teams during sick leave, vacation, or high workload. Standby work as property on-call or snow removal on weekends may occur, but is voluntary. About You You are flexible and service-oriented with the customer always in focus. Since you meet tenants in your daily work, you need to enjoy contact with people, communicate clearly, and express yourself well. The work requires that you both collaborate with colleagues and take personal responsibility for your tasks. Although much of the workday is spent in and around our properties, you need to have good IT skills and be able to handle administrative tasks in our property management system. Qualifications Completed upper secondary education. Experience with similar work tasks. Good Swedish in speech and writing. IT skills in areas relevant to the position. Class B driving license.
