Our service offerings include property maintenance, property administration, construction, and technical services. We are now looking for an independent and service-oriented Property Maintenance Technician who thrives in a role with varied tasks and extensive customer contact. The Role In this position, you will work with: Operation, maintenance, and upkeep of properties Repairs and minor construction projects Garden and green space maintenance Inspections, move-out inspections, and key management Collaboration with property managers and colleagues Winter preparation for snow and ice removal About You You have experience/training in building technology, construction, or plumbing (VVS) You have a good understanding of building technical systems You are service-oriented, solution-focused, and confident in your work tasks You have a B-class driver's license and good computer skills You are fluent in Swedish Meritorious: trimmer and chainsaw certification, wheel loader training, or other relevant technical training.
