Job Description Do you have experience as a Property Caretaker? Are you drawn to working independently at an industry-leading real estate company where you have great freedom with responsibility? We are now looking for a service-oriented and practical person for the position of Property Caretaker in Malmö, where you will contribute to efficient property management with a vision of simplifying and enriching life through thoughtful housing. Duties As a Property Caretaker, you are responsible for service-focused and efficient property maintenance. You handle error reports from tenants and your workdays vary with different types of assignments. Your main areas of responsibility include: Ensuring that our properties are pleasant by keeping them complete, clean and functional, both inside and around the buildings. You conduct regular inspections and address any issues found. Handle simple plumbing and heating matters Work with planned maintenance and proactive measures Ensure that fire safety requirements are met Review invoices and make material purchases Conduct inspections as needed You start your workday by reviewing your assignments and then drive out to the properties you are responsible for, where you handle your tasks and conduct inspections. You work efficiently with digital tools, which give you a good overview of your assignments and make it easy to plan your day and week. Both case management and inspections are handled via an application on mobile or tablet. Qualifications High school education and/or vocational training, preferably with a focus on property maintenance or equivalent relevant work experience Previous experience as a Property Caretaker, Property Technician, or Repairperson It is advantageous if you have knowledge of locks, appliances, and electrical work Good computer skills and experience with digital tools Good Swedish and English in speech and writing (additional languages are a plus as our tenants come from all corners of the world) B driver's license required Who Are You?
