About the Role As a property maintenance manager, you'll have a broad and varied role working with both interior and exterior property maintenance. You're responsible for handling maintenance requests and performing practical work in the properties – everything from minor repairs to ongoing maintenance and improvement projects. You work largely independently in your role while also being an important part of a small team where everyone helps and supports each other. Main Responsibilities Maintenance Requests Address and document maintenance requests in our properties. Maintenance and Repairs Perform minor repairs and fix damage in the properties. Participate in simple renovation projects such as painting, wallpapering, and installation of new interior details. Prepare properties for renovations and reconstructions. Inspections Inspect the status of properties and technical systems. Green Space Maintenance Grass cutting, trimming of grass areas, and pruning of bushes and trees. Maintain walkways, outdoor areas, and other spaces that require attention. Snow Removal and De-icing Clear snow and sand walkways, parking lots, and entrances during the winter months. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We'd like to see that you: Have experience as a property maintenance manager, tradesperson, handyman/handywoman, or similar Have a background in construction, plumbing, electrical work, sheet metal work, or other practical trades (a plus but not required) Are self-driven and see what needs to be done Enjoy working with people and have a pleasant demeanor with tenants Thrive with varied tasks and enjoy learning new things Have a valid driver's license (category B) Other Information Consultant assignment for approximately 6 months with us Excellent opportunity for takeover and permanent employment with the client Access to a service vehicle as part of the position Start: Flexible, preferably August 1st or September 1st Location: Motala Are you a problem-solver with a strong interest in property maintenance?
