As a facilities manager/mechanic, you will have an important role in ensuring the operation of the company's properties, technical installations and equipment. Your tasks are varied and include both preventive and corrective maintenance. The position is operational. Examples of work tasks: Supervision of industrial properties and technical installations, from washing machines to production Troubleshooting and remedying operational disruptions Maintenance of mechanical and technical equipment Simple repairs, assembly and disassembly Coordination of annual inspections of, for example, gates, hoists and scissor lifts Contact with external suppliers and service partners Monitoring of building technical systems such as ventilation, plumbing, compressed air and pumps Documentation and reporting of completed work Participation in investments and installation of new equipment Participation in the company's improvement and Lean work The role involves many contact points and great responsibility for creating a safe, well-maintained and functioning work environment. Who are you? We are looking for someone with experience in property maintenance, mechanical work or other technical activities.
